Observation

Licensor observed under kitchen sink one child safety lock was broken, providing accessiblity to detergants and "other" stored keep out of reach items under sink. Licensor observed brooms and dustpans in Toddler rm 1 & 2 near hand washing sink areas, that were accessible to children's reach. Licensor observed toilet brush, plunger and air freshner in unlocked staff bathroom #2 accessible, as it is left unlocked and on exit pathway to outside.
